1. Introduction

MyKisah ("MyKisah", "we", "us", or "our") operates the SenoCam mobile application and related services (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the App.

By accessing or using SenoCam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. Relationship with SENOPATI

SenoCam is developed and operated by MyKisah, an independent organization. We are not owned, operated, or controlled by SENOPATI, and we do not represent ourselves as SENOPATI.

SenoCam integrates with a non‑public SENOPATI API under a separate permission and collaboration arrangement. That API is maintained by SENOPATI's own development team and is not publicly available to external developers.

Any references to SENOPATI within the App relate solely to this technical integration and do not imply joint operation, co‑branding of services, or shared ownership of user data.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you provide when you:

• Use in‑app contact or feedback forms
• Communicate with us via email or support channels
• Optionally provide notes or labels attached to scans

SenoCam does not require account registration by default. If in the future account features are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe any additional data collected.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (model, operating system version, basic hardware data)
• App version and basic diagnostics
• Non‑identifying usage data such as feature usage patterns and performance metrics

This information is used in an aggregated or pseudonymized form where possible and is not used to personally identify you.

3.3 Camera and Image Data

SenoCam requires access to your device camera in order to perform real‑time object detection.

• Camera input is processed locally on your device for detection and recognition purposes.
• By default, we do not upload raw camera images or video to MyKisah or SENOPATI servers.
• If the App later introduces optional cloud‑based features that require sending processed data to a server, this will be clearly indicated and will require your explicit consent.

3.4 Scan History and Local Data

When you perform scans, the App may store locally on your device:

• Detected object names or categories
• Detection confidence or related metadata
• Timestamps of scans
• Optional notes or descriptions you add

This information is stored in your device's local storage or local database. MyKisah does not automatically receive this data unless a specific feature clearly states that data will be transmitted and you consent.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain SenoCam's core features
• To perform local object detection and display results to you
• To improve stability, performance, and user experience
• To respond to support requests or technical issues you report
• To comply with applicable laws or protect our legal rights

5. Data Storage, Processing, and Retention

• Scan history and related data are stored locally on your device under your control.
• MyKisah does not automatically create cloud backups of your data. Any backup via your operating system (for example, Google or Apple backups) is governed by those providers' privacy terms.
• You can delete scan data from within the App (where supported) or by uninstalling the App, which removes locally stored data associated with SenoCam.
• If we introduce optional server‑side or cloud features in the future, we will describe the additional storage locations, retention periods, and controls in an updated version of this policy.

6. Data Sharing and Transfers

6.1 Sharing with SENOPATI

In the current version of SenoCam, integration with the SENOPATI API is designed to minimize or avoid transmission of personal data. If any information is sent through the SENOPATI API, it is limited to what is necessary for the requested functionality and is handled under contractual terms or permissions between MyKisah and SENOPATI.

We do not grant SENOPATI independent rights to use your personal data for their own unrelated purposes through SenoCam. Any processing they perform is confined to providing the underlying functionality of the private API.

6.2 Third‑Party Service Providers

We may use third‑party providers (for example, analytics or error‑logging tools) to help us operate and improve the App. Where used, these providers only receive the limited information needed to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect that information and use it solely on our instructions.

6.3 Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyKisah, our users, or others.

6.4 Business Changes

If MyKisah is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

7. Permissions Used by the App

The App may request the following permissions:

• Camera: to capture images for object detection.
• Storage or media access: to cache or locally store scan information where needed.

• Limiting the categories of data transmitted off‑device
• Restricting internal access to any server‑side data on a need‑to‑know basis

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use up‑to‑date device security settings and operating system updates.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

• Access to information processed about you where we hold it
• Request correction of inaccurate information
